Serving any legal document requiring one return, proof or affidavit of service is $95.00. This service fee is for delivery and service of one witness and or one Plaintiff/Respondent/ Petitioner/defendant at one address.
Serving any legal document on a rush basis (within 24 hours) within the Miami-Dade County Area is double the above quoted fee. Special Services and requests will be handled and billed with your written authorization only.
Serving Miami Florida witnesses, Banks, Hospitals, Registered Agents, Businesses and or other defendants in volume / bulk transactions qualify for a substantial discount. Please call or email us to discuss your options.
All Miami Florida or Miami-Dade County Florida services are considered "Standard" unless otherwise directed. Standard services are provided with 5 business days.
